These Terms & Conditions govern your use of JoNet's website and services. By creating an account or using JoNet, you agree to these terms.
JoNet provides access to purchase Airtime, Internet Data, Electricity tokens, Cable TV subscriptions, Education E-Pins and Event Tickets through a wallet-based platform.
You are responsible for keeping your login details and transaction PIN confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account.
Funds added to your JoNet wallet are used to pay for services on the platform. Transactions are processed as soon as payment is confirmed; some purchases may be subject to daily limits.
Ticket purchases, whether made as a registered user or as a guest, are final once payment is confirmed unless the event is cancelled by its organizer.
You may not use JoNet for fraudulent transactions, to violate any law, or to interfere with the platform's normal operation.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of JoNet after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
